Do you offer free shipping?
Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
When will my order arrive?
Many items are made to order, so production time is separate from shipping time. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best guide for your order.
Will I get tracking?
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Orders with items fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate shipments.
Can I return something?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Can I exchange for a different size or design?
Because items are made to order, direct exchanges are not guaranteed. The fastest option is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
